ROOMS & PRICES

Each bedroom is fully furnished to suit the students requirements including bed with fitted sheet, flat sheet, 1 pillow with pillow case and protector, student desk and chair and clothes rack.

 

Standard single rooms are priced from $150 per week including all services (Gas, Electricity, Water, and unlimited wireless broadband). We offer single and double rooms.

 

We provide large fridges in the Kitchen free of charge and full use of the laundry facilities including tumble dryer.

 

A refundable room security bond which is equal to two weeks rent is required.
